In 1982, I started a book called The inside Makes the outside Happen.
Now; we are in 2008, and the title still seems appealing, and more people are sensing the idea of their inner world and outer world somehow being connected.
I do this in my skating which is why I originally started the book; the inside makes the outside Happen. Now; this idea has become a way of life.
I also can relate Braille Blade Exercises to the inside making the outside happen. The dots and spots somehow derive from something in my perception which somehow stimulates a dot or a spot to be sensed. Now; the dots and spots actually are starting to draw, shape, and form shapes that I can somehow feel through energy shapes or vibration awareness of shapes so subtle but yet I can sense them.
This leads me back to the idea of inside making outside, and how I feel my work and life are somehow balanced because of this idea. I’m sure there is plenty of research on this topic. I thought it interesting enough to post about it as it is very appealing to me.
I also heard a story on the nightly news tonight about doing cross word puzzles for fifteen minutes can stimulate the brain and actually assist in the brain regenerating itself and folks can live longer, fuller and productive lives.
I’ve always been attracted to the idea; we are more than we think we are, and now; I’m a believer! I’m not just a believer, but a feeler! I’m truly amazed as the inside does for me; make the outside happen. The balance between the inside and outside seems challenging at first, but; once you get the hang of it; life will never be the same. Life can be easier, richer, happier, and healthier.
It is as if the inside and outside blend and balance together to form something else. I think Einstein once stated The Sum of the parts is greater than the whole. If this be the case; then we’re on the right track.
Work, life, and balance when connected can create harmony everywhere in your life.
